"To insure the purest expression of the grapes, the wine was fermented in stainless steel with no oak contact. The color is very pale straw with hints of green. Aromas of flowers and lychee are immediately present while hints of spice follow more delicately. The wine is soft and elegant with nice weight. The floral and fruits are repeated on the palate. Although the wine is very dry, there is a note of honey on the finish."
